We Are Recruiting! Registered Veterinary Nurse 2025
Are you looking for a practice where your clinical skills and knowledge are really valued?
At Coomara we are committed to providing a high quality personalised veterinary service from our patients' first steps to their last. Our nurses are integral to providing this care.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a friendly and positive outlook, and excellent communication skills, to join our nursing team.
Coomara is independent and family-run. We like our nursing team to pursue their interests and be a key part in providing clinical care to our patients, including nurse-lead clinics. Our close-knit and friendly team are a joy to work within. We genuinely support one another and work together to provide the best service we can to our clients and patients.
Full or part time roles will be considered, but as a practice that covers our own out of hours service, we would like the successful candidate to take a share in the on-call rota.
* Full time 40 hours per week, though part time would be considered
* Salary dependent on experience
* RCVS and VDS fees paid
* Staff discount scheme
* CPD allowance including 2 paid days for off-site training
* 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
* 1:4 out of hours rota, equally shared
- retainers paid for nights and weekends on-call
- overtime paid for on-call work, plus time off in-lieu
